Each training has guidance and breakdowns of what you should feel throughout your body and head while you vocalize to ensure you are placing your resonance correctly.

As you continue your habitual routines of morning warm ups and guided passaggio trainings, you will begin to incorporate targeted workouts that isolate different coordinations of your voice.
It's important to continue reminding yourself of the gym analogy. Imagine going to the gym for the first time for your body and putting in an intense workout.
When you return home and look in the mirror, what do you see? Not a single change. But! You do this consistently. You keep showing up. And eventually, you start to see the difference.
It's the same way for the voice. Keep showing up. Keep sticking to the plan.
Going back to the compounding nature of this blueprint - you will find that your head voice will develop more quickly now that you have put in some work on your compression and chest coordinations.
